To use the click&collect service go to buy now or rent and select ‘click&collect’ in the delivery options box.

Orders must be placed at least 5 working days before rental start date.

Before you order, measure your dog's neck size to the nearest centimetre, then add 1cm.

When you have completed your order you will recieve an email confirmation which will include your reservation number.

Your collar can be collected from the Eurotunnel Le Shuttle ‘Victor-Hugo’ terminal in Folkestone. Please have your reservation number to hand.
